When we got the call about this wedding Andrew and I were thrilled. Many years ago when Andrew and I were bartenders at Ruby Tuesday we met JJ. He now goes by John but I just can't call him that to save my life. He was just a teenager when we met so doing his wedding makes me feel a little old. JJ and Sarah both made it very clear that pictures were really important to them and they were willing to do whatever we said. I think JJ even layed down the law to his family about listening to us and staying out of our way. Sorry family as you found out that day we are really pretty layed back and all about having a good time. This family was so kind and considerate maybe because JJ had scared the crap out of them. lol Sarah was amazing to work with. Game for anything and I thought she looked so elegant in her gown. Even when we threw her out into the middle of a field. The ceremony was very personal since JJ's dad was the minister and we were given free reign to do whatever. Gotta love that! After doing a few church pictures we headed off to Pemberton Park. That day everything was perfect. Perfect weather, perfect light and a perfect couple. It was so obvious that they were very much in love and the two of them each had children who kept us laughing all day. The most well behaved kids I have ever seen and so happy for this day to be here. We had a great time at Brew River and even got in a few more pictures on the dock before it started to sprinkle. JJ and Sarah thank you so much for trusting us with the most important day of your life. It meant so much to us that your pictures were so important to you and you chose us.
